Each invoice is paid by the customer; there are no automatic recurring charges. Card and bank account (ACH) payments are available through Northbridge’s secure NMI payment flow. ACH payments are currently undergoing controlled payment testing. Each ACH payment is separately authorized for the displayed amount and remains Processing until trusted settlement confirmation. Choosing ACH for one invoice does not authorize automatic debits for future milestones.

Each ACH payment is separately authorized for the displayed amount and remains Processing until trusted settlement confirmation. Secure online card payments are processed through our NMI payment gateway. Complete card numbers and security codes are entered only in the gateway’s secure fields and are not stored on Northbridge application servers. Northbridge may retain billing and transaction metadata, including payment status, card brand, and last four digits, as described in the Privacy Policy. Card and ACH are available on the five direct-purchase checkouts and on Client Operations Portal invoices. Choosing ACH for one invoice does not authorize automatic debits for future milestones. Other larger engagements are invoiced separately.
