Service Fulfillment Policy

How Northbridge Software LLC accepts, reviews, performs, and delivers fixed-scope services and custom software engagements.

Effective date: November 5, 2025
Business: Northbridge Software LLC
Customer support: support@nbsoftware.net

1. Service requests

Customers submit a request or intake form through the Northbridge website to initiate a service inquiry.

Submitting a request does not automatically create a binding project agreement, guarantee acceptance of the engagement, or guarantee immediate scheduling. Northbridge reviews each request and confirms fit before an engagement proceeds.

2. Required customer information

Fulfillment timelines begin only after Northbridge has received all information reasonably required to perform the selected service. This may include access to relevant systems, sample data, documentation, stakeholder availability, or written answers to intake questions.

Missing, inaccurate, or delayed customer information may pause or extend the expected delivery period for the engagement.

3. Workflow Review

The Workflow Review is a fixed-scope engagement priced at $149 one-time covering one workflow. The deliverable is a concise written review report summarizing observations and recommendations for the workflow submitted for review.

The Workflow Review is typically delivered within three business days after Northbridge receives complete intake information. Implementation work is not included in the Workflow Review, and purchase is completed through the Northbridge intake process rather than instant checkout.

See the Workflow Review product page for full inclusions and exclusions.

4. Automation Blueprint

The Automation Blueprint is a fixed-scope planning engagement priced at $995 one-time. The deliverable is a planning and recommendation document describing a proposed automation approach, sequencing, and considerations for a defined scope.

The Automation Blueprint is typically delivered within five to seven business days after kickoff and receipt of complete required information. Completed implementation of the recommended automation is not included in the Blueprint, and no specific implementation outcome is guaranteed by the planning deliverable itself.

See the Automation Blueprint product page for full inclusions and exclusions.

5. Custom software and implementation work

Custom software development, systems integrations, automation implementation, ongoing maintenance, and related professional services require a separate proposal, scope document, agreement, or statement of work.

For those engagements, timelines, milestones, pricing, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and deliverables are established separately for each project and are not governed by the fixed-scope terms above.

6. Delivery

Deliverables are provided electronically, typically using the customer's supplied email address or another delivery method mutually agreed in writing. Northbridge does not commit to a specific third-party platform for delivery unless that platform is already supported by the engagement.

7. Customer review

Customers are encouraged to review delivered materials promptly and to contact Northbridge support with any questions or concerns about the deliverable. Applicable review, acceptance, and revision terms for a given engagement are those defined in the associated product page, proposal, or agreement.

8. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes

This policy does not create new refund or cancellation terms. Applicable refund, cancellation, and dispute requests are governed by the existing Northbridge policies listed below.

9. Support

For questions about this policy, an active engagement, or a delivered deliverable, contact Northbridge customer support at support@nbsoftware.net. Support inquiries are reviewed during normal United States business hours and responded to as promptly as reasonably possible.
