Why work with Northbridge?

  • Clearly defined scope, published in advance so there are no surprises at invoicing.
  • Predictable pricing in United States dollars, with no hidden expansion fees.
  • Direct communication with the engineer doing the work — no account layer in between.
  • A practical business-and-technical perspective focused on what will actually operate in production.
  • A structured delivery process, and the option to continue through a custom engagement when broader work is warranted.

Who it is for

Businesses that know which workflow they want to improve but need a structured technical plan before implementation.

Common use cases

  • A defined automation across CRM, spreadsheets, or email
  • A cross-system data sync between existing SaaS tools
  • A document generation or approval workflow

Typical scope examples

  • Planning lead routing and follow-up
  • Planning an approval workflow
  • Planning reporting automation
  • Planning client onboarding
  • Planning document generation and storage

Examples illustrate the type of engagement this product may support. Final fit depends on the systems, requirements, access, data volume, and technical constraints involved.

Questions about Automation Blueprint

No. It produces the plan required to implement the automation. Implementation is scoped separately, either through the Focused Automation Implementation product or a custom proposal.
Yes, when a qualifying implementation for the same project begins within 30 days and scope is confirmed in writing.
Northbridge will explain why the requirement does not qualify and recommend an appropriate next step. Depending on the project, that may be a Blueprint, a consultation, a custom proposal, or a revised implementation scope. You are not required to purchase a larger engagement.

Before you purchase

Customers will be shown the applicable service scope, delivery terms, cancellation and refund policy, and Terms of Service before purchasing. Card entry, when online payment is enabled, will occur through an authorized hosted payment provider. Please do not submit complete payment-card numbers, security codes, banking credentials, or passwords through Northbridge inquiry or support forms.

Doesn't quite match your situation?

If your requirement is broader, more specialized, or spans multiple systems, Northbridge will evaluate it as a custom engagement instead.
