$995 USD, paid in full as a single one-time payment. This is a professional-service engagement, not a subscription, and no automatic renewal is created.
- What must happen before work begins
Work begins after payment is confirmed, the kickoff has occurred, and the required information and documentation are received.
- Delivery timeframe
Typically 5–7 business days after kickoff and receipt of complete information
- Cancellation and refunds
A customer may request cancellation before work begins.
- If cancellation is approved before work begins, the payment is refundable.
- After work begins, any refund is limited to the unearned portion, after considering work already performed and non-cancellable commitments.
- After the final deliverable has been provided, fees are generally non-refundable except for a verified duplicate or erroneous charge, or as otherwise required by the applicable written terms or law.
- If Northbridge cancels the engagement, any unearned balance is refunded.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days after written approval.
- The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
- Review, acceptance, revisions, and support
A draft is reviewed on a review call, one consolidated revision round is included, and the final PDF is delivered electronically. Written follow-up questions are answered for 14 calendar days after delivery.
