Fixed-Scope Engagement

Focused Automation Implementation

Implement one clearly defined workflow at a predictable fixed price. This engagement is designed for focused automations connecting a limited number of existing business systems. Northbridge confirms technical fit before payment so scope and expected delivery are clear.

Engagement details

$2,995Fixed total price for qualifying scopes · USD

Delivery: Typically 10–15 business days after scope confirmation, access, and the project-start payment

The intended commerce structure is a $1,500 project-start payment and a $1,495 payment before production deployment. Payments are not enabled in this phase; scope and fit are confirmed in writing before any invoice.

Fit confirmation required

This engagement requires a short fit confirmation before invoicing. Online purchasing will be enabled during the commerce phase.

Before purchasing, customers will be shown the applicable service scope, delivery terms, cancellation and refund policy, and Terms of Service. See Terms of Service, Refunds & Cancellations, and Service Delivery.

Why work with Northbridge?

  • Clearly defined scope, published in advance so there are no surprises at invoicing.
  • Predictable pricing in United States dollars, with no hidden expansion fees.
  • Direct communication with the engineer doing the work — no account layer in between.
  • A practical business-and-technical perspective focused on what will actually operate in production.
  • A structured delivery process, and the option to continue through a custom engagement when broader work is warranted.

Questions about Focused Automation Implementation

The fixed price applies only to workflows that match the qualifying scope. Northbridge confirms system compatibility, integration options, and effort before invoicing so timelines and price stay predictable.
Northbridge will explain why and recommend the next step, which is typically an Automation Blueprint or a custom proposal.
Northbridge will explain why the requirement does not qualify and recommend an appropriate next step. Depending on the project, that may be a Blueprint, a consultation, a custom proposal, or a revised implementation scope. You are not required to purchase a larger engagement.

Before you purchase

Customers will be shown the applicable service scope, delivery terms, cancellation and refund policy, and Terms of Service before purchasing. Card entry, when online payment is enabled, will occur through an authorized hosted payment provider. Please do not submit complete payment-card numbers, security codes, banking credentials, or passwords through Northbridge inquiry or support forms.

Doesn't quite match your situation?

If your requirement is broader, more specialized, or spans multiple systems, Northbridge will evaluate it as a custom engagement instead.
