Revision policy

Upgrade credit
If an Automation Blueprint for the same workflow is purchased within 30 days, the $149 Workflow Review fee may be credited toward the Blueprint, subject to scope confirmation.

$149 USD, paid in full as a single one-time payment. This is a professional-service engagement, not a subscription, and no automatic renewal is created.
- What must happen before work begins
Work begins after payment is confirmed and the complete workflow questionnaire and required information are received.
- Delivery timeframe
Within 3 business days after complete intake
- Cancellation and refunds
A customer may request cancellation before work begins.
- If cancellation is approved before work begins, the payment is refundable.
- After work begins, any refund is limited to the unearned portion, after considering work already performed and non-cancellable commitments.
- After the final deliverable has been provided, fees are generally non-refundable except for a verified duplicate or erroneous charge, or as otherwise required by the applicable written terms or law.
- If Northbridge cancels the engagement, any unearned balance is refunded.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days after written approval.
- The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
- Review, acceptance, revisions, and support
The written assessment is delivered electronically. One clarification round is included, and written follow-up questions are answered for 7 calendar days after delivery.
