Fixed-Scope Engagement

Integration Readiness Assessment

Determine whether a proposed business-system integration is technically practical before committing to implementation. Northbridge reviews the systems, available integration methods, data movement requirements, authentication needs, dependencies, and operational risks, then provides a clear written recommendation for the most practical next step.

Why work with Northbridge?

  • Clearly defined scope, published in advance so there are no surprises at invoicing.
  • Predictable pricing in United States dollars, with no hidden expansion fees.
  • Direct communication with the engineer doing the work — no account layer in between.
  • A practical business-and-technical perspective focused on what will actually operate in production.
  • A structured delivery process, and the option to continue through a custom engagement when broader work is warranted.

Who it is for

Businesses that know which systems they want to connect but need an independent technical assessment before implementation or detailed architecture planning.

Common use cases

  • CRM to accounting platform integration
  • Form or website data sent to a CRM
  • Help-desk data connected to reporting tools
  • Data synchronization between existing SaaS platforms
  • Spreadsheet or database data connected to an operational system
  • Scheduled data exchange between business applications
  • Notification or approval events between existing platforms

Typical scope examples

  • Assessing a CRM-to-accounting connection
  • Assessing website or form data sent to a CRM
  • Assessing help-desk data feeding reporting tools
  • Assessing data synchronization between SaaS platforms
  • Assessing spreadsheet or database data into an operational system
  • Assessing scheduled data exchange between business applications

Examples illustrate the type of engagement this product may support. Final fit depends on the systems, requirements, access, data volume, and technical constraints involved.

Questions about Integration Readiness Assessment

No. The assessment determines technical feasibility and recommends an implementation direction. Development, configuration, and deployment are scoped separately.
Northbridge will document the limitation, evaluate reasonable alternatives where available, and recommend whether the integration should proceed, be modified, or use a different technical approach.
Northbridge will explain why the requirement does not qualify and recommend an appropriate next step. Depending on the project, that may be a Blueprint, a consultation, a custom proposal, or a revised implementation scope. You are not required to purchase a larger engagement.
