Why work with Northbridge?

  • Clearly defined scope, published in advance so there are no surprises at invoicing.
  • Predictable pricing in United States dollars, with no hidden expansion fees.
  • Direct communication with the engineer doing the work — no account layer in between.
  • A practical business-and-technical perspective focused on what will actually operate in production.
  • A structured delivery process, and the option to continue through a custom engagement when broader work is warranted.

Questions about Internal Operations Starter System

No. It is a focused starter workspace for one business function within a defined scope. Broader custom software is scoped separately through a proposal.
Yes. It provides a working foundation. Extensions, new modules, and larger changes are scoped as separate engagements.
Northbridge will explain why the requirement does not qualify and recommend an appropriate next step. Depending on the project, that may be a Blueprint, a consultation, a custom proposal, or a revised implementation scope. You are not required to purchase a larger engagement.

Purchase and fulfillment

Fit confirmation required before invoicing

Price and payment structure

$4,995 USD total for qualifying scopes, invoiced as a $2,500 project-start payment and $2,495 before production launch. This is a professional-service engagement, not a subscription. No public reusable checkout link is offered for this product.

What must happen before work begins

Work begins only after written fit and scope confirmation, required access, and confirmation of the $2,500 project-start payment.

Delivery timeframe

Typically 20–30 business days after scope confirmation, access, and the project-start payment

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, termination, deposits, milestone payments, and refunds are governed by the signed proposal, MSA, SOW, and invoice.

  • A project-start payment may be applied to reserved capacity, discovery, setup, committed resources, and completed work.
  • Future unperformed work may be cancelled according to the signed agreement.
  • Any refundable balance is determined after completed work, approved commitments, non-cancellable third-party costs, and other amounts properly due are considered.
  • Delivered or accepted milestones are generally non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days after written approval.
  • The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Review, acceptance, revisions, and support

Testing and validation precede deployment and administrator handoff. Up to two consolidated revision rounds against the approved starter scope are included, followed by 30 calendar days of defect-remediation support after production launch.

Customer responsibilities

  • A responsive product owner for the engagement
  • Access to any existing data or systems it should reference
  • Confirmation that third-party subscriptions and hosting are in place

This engagement always requires written fit and scope confirmation before invoicing. It is never sold through a general public checkout link.

Customers are shown the applicable service scope, delivery terms, cancellation and refund policy, and Terms of Service before purchasing. Card entry occurs only on the payment gateway's secure payment fields. Secure online card payments are processed through our NMI payment gateway, and Northbridge does not collect or store payment-card details. Please do not submit complete payment-card numbers, security codes, banking credentials, or passwords through Northbridge inquiry or support forms.

Doesn't quite match your situation?

If your requirement is broader, more specialized, or spans multiple systems, Northbridge will evaluate it as a custom engagement instead.
