Fixed-Scope Engagement
Internal Operations Starter System
Launch a focused internal system without beginning with a large custom-software engagement. The Starter System provides a limited operational workspace for one clearly defined business function, with a fixed scope, predictable price, and structured delivery process.
Engagement details
Delivery: Typically 20–30 business days after scope confirmation, access, and the project-start payment
The intended commerce structure is a $2,500 project-start payment and a $2,495 payment before production launch. Payments are not enabled in this phase; scope and fit are confirmed in writing before any invoice.
Fit confirmation required
This engagement requires a short fit confirmation before invoicing. Online purchasing will be enabled during the commerce phase.
Before purchasing, customers will be shown the applicable service scope, delivery terms, cancellation and refund policy, and Terms of Service. See Terms of Service, Refunds & Cancellations, and Service Delivery.
Why work with Northbridge?

- Direct communication with the engineer doing the work — no account layer in between.
- A practical business-and-technical perspective focused on what will actually operate in production.
- A structured delivery process, and the option to continue through a custom engagement when broader work is warranted.

Questions about Internal Operations Starter System
Before you purchase
Customers will be shown the applicable service scope, delivery terms, cancellation and refund policy, and Terms of Service before purchasing. Card entry, when online payment is enabled, will occur through an authorized hosted payment provider. Please do not submit complete payment-card numbers, security codes, banking credentials, or passwords through Northbridge inquiry or support forms.
Doesn't quite match your situation?
If your requirement is broader, more specialized, or spans multiple systems, Northbridge will evaluate it as a custom engagement instead.
